COVID-19 & Contact Tracing

COVID-19 Response

  • If a guest experiences an on-set of COVID-19 symptoms they will be asked to remain in their room which is an isolated space.
  • Medical help and advice will be sought for our guests immediately.
  • Should any of our guests become ill and test positive for COVID-19 during or up to 14 days after their stay, please contact us immediately so that we can issue alerts and commence our quarantine stage.

General Measures

  • We have added sanitising stations at key points
  • All staff have received training on best practices
  • A COVID-19 Ambassador will be available at all times (compliance is required)
  • Social Distancing will be practiced at all times and in all areas
  • Contactless Check-In and Check-Out Procedure is in place
  • Facilities to wash hands with soap and water is available in the common areas
  • High-Touch points are cleaned several times daily

Arrival

  • Clear Guidance concerning social distancing is in place
  • Pre-payment / Contactless payment is preferred
  • All key touch-points (card machines, pens etc) are sanitised between transactions
  • All keys and key-cards will be cleaned and sanitised between guests

Housekeeping

  • Staff have updated training with regard to hand hygiene, infection prevention and control and safe use of Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Cleaning standards have been further enhanced to eradicate all contagions
  • All rooms will be thoroughly sanitised, ventilated and left vacant for a sufficient amount of time between guests
  • Staff will not enter guest-rooms for the duration of the stay unless specifically requested to do so or in the case of concern or emergency
  • Fresh towels, hair-dryers etc can be requested by dialling reception
  • Hair-dryers, irons and ironing boards have been removed from the rooms. These will be distributed as requested and sanitised thoroughly after use.
  • Guest information folders have been removed from the rooms and will be emailed to guests upon arrival.

Dining

  • We will be using individually packaged condiments
  • All breakfast orders will be brought to a pick-up point within the dining area
  • Take-away breakfast options are available

Departure

  • Contactless Check-Out Procedure is in place
  • Guest review book has been removed from the reception desk, however, we still encourage and welcome your feedback
  • Please return all keys to the reception desk
